Therapy for anxiety, trauma, and deeper self-understanding
You may look like you’re managing on the outside, while internally things feel more complex.
Anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelm may be present. You might feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. Or you feel disconnected from yourself in a way that’s difficult to explain.
Therapy offers a space to slow this down and begin to make sense of it.
My approach to psychotherapy
I offer trauma-informed, relational psychotherapy.
Together we will work with both mind and body, supporting a deeper, more integrated understanding of your experience.
This is not just a space to talk.
It is a space to explore, understand, and shift what is no longer working.

How we work together
I tailor therapy to you.
Based in Elwood in bayside Melbourne, I meet the majority of my clients online, and where it suits I offer Walk & Talk sessions in a local park.
I take a holisitic and collaborative approach to therapy with my work often being informed by:
Focusing and somatic approaches
mindfulness and present-moment awareness
phenomenological and humanistic perspectives
At times, I may offer reflections, guidance, or gentle challenge, particularly as the work deepens.
I am most interested in therapy that meets you where you are at, producing lasting change.
What is walk and talk therapy?
Walk and Talk therapy combines psychotherapy with gentle walking outdoors, offering an alternative to traditional room-based sessions.
For some people, being side-by-side in motion and connected with the natural environment can help conversation feel more relaxed and less intense. Walking can support emotional regulation, reflection, and a greater sense of ease in the therapeutic process. Many clients also find that movement helps them access thoughts, feelings, and perspectives that can feel harder to reach in a more formal setting.
At the same time, Walk and Talk therapy is not suited to everyone or every situation. I offer this approach thoughtfully and only where I believe it is likely to support you and your therapeutic work effectively. Together, we consider whether this way of working feels appropriate, safe, and supportive for your needs and circumstances.
The focus remains the same as in all therapy: creating a space for meaningful reflection, emotional processing, and lasting change.
Is online therapy really effective?
Yes, absolutely. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy, while offering greater flexibility and accessibility wherever you are.
What matters most is not the location, but how you feel in the space. Many people find they are more at ease in their own environment, which can support a greater sense of comfort, openness, and connection in the work.
When you feel more settled, it often becomes easier to engage with therapy in a way that is meaningful and effective.
What if therapy hasn’t worked before?
It’s not uncommon to have tried therapy before and found it didn’t quite land.
My approach goes beyond simply talking. Together we will work with both mind and body, taking an integrated and collaborative approach so that change can unfold in a way that feels meaningful and lasting.
