I am a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor based in Melbourne, offering therapy and supervision online across Australia.
I came to this work after a long first career in international marketing, years spent in large organisations, across different countries and cultures. That world taught me a great deal about how people function under pressure, how patterns form in professional life, and what it costs to keep performing when something beneath the surface is asking for attention.
Counselling became my second career, a deliberate choice made in my forties. It was not a pivot away from something, but a move toward work that felt more true.
My approach is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed way of working, one that takes seriously the whole of your experience: your history, your body, your relationships, and the patterns that have formed over time.
I bring experience from private practice, community health, group practice, and not-for-profit settings. Before moving into solo private practice and supervision, I built a multi-practitioner practice. This has shaped a way of working that is thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely collaborative.
My work is informed by:
Focusing and somatic approaches
Mindfulness and present-moment awareness
Phenomenological and humanistic perspectives
At the centre of it all is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to offer a space where you can explore your experience in a way that feels real, honest, and meaningful, and where change can take root in a lasting way.
If you’re considering working together, you’re welcome to reach out or book a free 20-minute discovery call, to see if we feel like a good fit.
