Supervision for therapists that thinkly deeply about their work

A reflective supervision space to strengthen your clinical understanding, confidence, and therapeutic skill

Therapeutic work is complex and often carried quietly

Supervision offers a place to pause, reflect, and think more deeply about your work. Helping you to continue developing with clarity and confidence.

I offer a respectful, reflective, and professionally grounded supervision space where your work can be explored thoughtfully and without judgement.

My approach

Supervision is a reflective process supporting your clinical development and professional competence.

My work is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and includes elements of deliberate practice, supporting skill, confidence, and clinical judgement.

What makes this different

As a Level 4 (clinical) therapist, my work is trauma-informed, depth-oriented and relational. I draw on Focusing, Wholebody Focusing, IFS, Somatic IFS, and other mindfulness based approaches that invite mind-body integration.

That means we don’t just stay at the level of words. We slow things down and track what’s happening underneath, including what’s unfolding in the space between us, between you and your client, and between your client and their world.

The value of supervision

Whether you work as a team leader, allied health professional, or therapist, supervision offers a space to think more deeply about your work.

Supervision supports clearer clinical reflection, more grounded ethical decision-making, the ongoing development of your therapeutic skills, and a growing sense of confidence and clinical judgement over time.

Who I work well with

I particularly enjoy working with mid-career therapists and allied health professionals.

Supervision tends to suit those who value reflective dialogue and are interested in deepening a thoughtful, relational approach to their work.

Drawing on a trauma-informed lens, I bring attention to the here-and-now of the therapeutic encounter and the integration of mind and body, often incorporating approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Focusing, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Professional standards

Supervision is offered in alignment with the ethical standards of the Australian Counselling Association and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

Within this space, you remain the practitioner responsible for your clinical work and professional decision-making, with supervision supporting you to think, reflect, and navigate this more fully.

*Supervision is a professional, consultative process and is not a substitute for personal therapy.
